NUNNELEE RESPONDS TO RELEASE OF PRESIDENT OBAMA’S BUDGET

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Congressman Alan Nunnelee (R-Miss) issued the following statement in response to the release of President Obama’s budget proposal:

“Budgets are blueprints for governing. The President’s big-government-as-usual budget shows how out of step his agenda is with Mississippi values. No amount of smoke and mirrors can hide the facts: it never balances, raises taxes, and does not address out of control spending, which is disappointing but not surprising.”
