From Lt. Governor Tate Reeves Press Release
Sen. Nickey Browning announced today he is joining the Republican Party. The Pontotoc native has served in the Legislature since 1996. Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves issued the following statement:
“Senator Browning is a strong social and fiscal conservative, and I welcome him to the Mississippi Republican Party,” Lt. Gov. Reeves said. “The doors of the Mississippi Republican Party are open for anyone who believes in keeping taxes low, creating a strong environment for job creation and making our state a great place to raise a family.”
