Video: Bigger Pie vs Mississippi Power for public records
Bigger Pie Forum made a public records request for documents related to the Kemper plant that were filed confidentially by Mississippi Power Company with the Public Service Commission. Included in the request were documents about the 2009 natural gas price projections that Mississippi Power used to economically justify the Kemper plant. Mississippi Power objected to Bigger Pie’s request, filing a protective order. Judge Dewayne Thomas may make a ruling in the next couple months.
