Mississippi Insurance Commissioner Mike Chaney, speaking in McComb Wednesday, defended a state health insurance exchange as a good move, for both offensive and defensive purposes

Chaney told the Rotary Club that an exchange, where consumers can shop online for coverage much like they buy airline tickets, is “not a new idea” and “not a Democrat or Republican idea.”
