Hood says some price-gouging complaints filed
Mississippi Gov. Phil Bryant has issued an order banning price gouging in south Mississippi during Isaac.
The order, signed Monday, applies to all counties through which Interstate 20 passes, and all counties south of there. The interstate runs from Vicksburg through Jackson to Meridian.
