State wants marina lawsuits dismissed
Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann has asked a judge to dismiss two lawsuits over beach front property involving in the ongoing Bay St. Louis marina project.
The Sea Coast Echo reports (http://bit.ly/Nlx1NK) that Hosemann filed the motions in Hancock County Circuit Court. The city of Bay St. Louis has joined in the motions.
A judge has not ruled on the motions.
