Mississippi Supreme Court stays implementation of Hinds County Circuit division
Earlier this year, Senior Hinds County Circuit Court Judge Tomie Green entered an order dividing the Hinds County Circuit Court into two divisions, one civil and one criminal. That Order was to go into effect August 1, but is now on hold.
