L.A. model suing Jackson photographer, Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister Co.
A young male model from Los Angeles is suing Abercrombie & Fitch, Hollister Co. and a Jackson photographer, who he says sexually harassed him.
Benjamine Bowers, 19, alleges that photographer Brian Hilburn coerced him to pose nude and masturbate before the camera so the photographer could capture Bowers’ “relaxed” expression immediately afterward.
Bowers traveled to Jackson for the photo shoot with Hilburn, owner of AIG Model & Talent Management, LLC, based in Brandon. Hilburn was recommended by Daisy Ashburn, the casting director for Abercrombie & Fitch and Hollister Co., according to the suit, which seeks $1 million in damages.
Hilburn declined comment. It is unclear whether he has an attorney.
