Robocalls amount to breaking and entering

We’re glad the Public Service Commission has been able to disconnect another telephone scammer, but we wish it could do more to silence these home invaders.

To Public Service Commissioner Leonard Bentz that’s what they are — trespassers and thieves.

“If my door is closed, no one should be able to just walk in,” he said. That, in Bentz’s eyes, is what these robocalling schemers do.
