Bryant outlines his vision for Mississippi’s future
Phil Bryant was sworn in as Mississippi’s 64th governor in a ceremony today.
“Today we start a new administration, one that will reflect upon the success of our past with admiration and respect, while looking for greater achievements in our future,” Bryant said in his inaugural address.
After a day of rain, Bryant’s inauguration was held inside the House chamber, rather than the stage that had been erected on the south steps of the state Capitol.
