Mississippi’s frontline law enforcement personnel have endorsed my reelection to the House of Representatives. I was very proud and humbled Tuesday to stand alongside members of the Mississippi Police Benevolent Association as they urged their members and fellow citizens to vote for Greg Snowden on November 8. I have been privileged during my entire tenure in the Mississippi Legislature to champion the issues of the men and women who protect our lives and property every day. Early during my second term I was recognized for my work by being honored as the Mississippi Law Enforcement Officers’ Association “Legislator of the Year.” Tuesday’s endorsement by the Police Benevolent Association is a similar expression of confidence in my legislative service, and one for which I am deeply grateful.
