NMC – Ed Peters testimony about to be unsealed in Scruggs hearing

Judge Davidson unseals the Scruggs pleadings

The Government in responding to Scruggs’s petition to set aside the plea, out of caution, moved to seal its response . The Government attached as exhibits grand jury testimony of Ed Peters, Tim Balducci, and Joey Langston.

While we had seen testimony from Balducci and Langston, we’ve not seen what they had to say about the scheme in Scruggs II.
