Sources tell us that Todd Wade has filed an appeal in Hinds County Circuit Court as of this afternoon (Friday, September 16). The Mississippi Board of Election Commissioners, specifically Governor Haley Barbour, Secretary of State Delbert Hosemann and Attorney General Jim Hood, have been named in the action.
It also appears that Wade has jettisoned his legal team and is now with attorney Brian Hinton of
Anderson, Crawley and Burke.
