Gov. Haley Barbour joins Bill Clinton
Mississippi governor Haley Barbour is teaming up with an unlikely partner in an effort to create jobs: Former President Bill Clinton.
The Mississippi Republican, who chaired the Republican National Committee while Mr. Clinton was president, announced Friday that he will attend the upcoming Clinton Global Initiative.
