On February 14th, Zach Scruggs’s lawyers filed a motion for discovery, and from then until March 16th, when Judge Biggers said “no discovery,” there was whole series of skirmishes about that.
Today, Zach’s lawyer moves to continue that hearing. It seems that he has an order (from last November) that he’s set as one of three arbitrators (on a dispute involving the Motley Rice law firm in South Carolina), and so needs the date pushed out past mid-May.
