POLITICO – Barbour’s hiring means he’s running
As I’ve written before, we’re well into the part of the 2012 cycle where candidates who are actually running begin the mechanical process of running, and candidates who aren’t say they’re thinking about it.
And by this measure, Haley Barbour is sure running, hiring the South Carolinian communications hand Jim Dyke.
“Dyke’s hiring is the clearest signal yet that Barbour will run for president in 2012,” Cillizza writes.
