Hosemann defends proposed Gulfport harbor deal
GULFPORT, MS (WLOX) – Some Gulfport officials, including the mayor and council president, will be in Jackson Wednesday for a meeting with Secretary of State, Delbert Hosemann.
They will be there to talk about who controls the Gulfport Harbor.
Gulfport thinks it should stay under the city’s control. The Secretary of State see things differently. One Gulfport councilman, Rusty Walker, said it’s all about Delbert Hosemann’s being power hungry.
