McMillin announces for re-election
Hinds County Sheriff Malcolm McMillin announced Thursday night he will seek re-election in the upcoming 2011 general election. McMillin was speaking at the 19th Annual General Assembly of the sheriff’s department employees.
McMillin, who was first elected as sheriff in 1991, is the only incumbent sheriff in the tri-county area who will run in the November race.
