Prosecutors – Report shows Neilson untruthful

ABERDEEN – Prosecutors dropped a legal bombshell late Wednesday on FBI agent Hal Neilson’s defense team.

They claim that a sealed FBI report related to the “Second Hand Smoke” investigation about blackmarket cigarettes refutes testimony about the former Oxford resident agent’s truthfulness and trustworthiness.

Neilson, 49, of Oxford is on trial in U.S. District Court on five counts that he lied about his financial interests in a building, which now houses the Oxford FBI and other agencies on east University Avenue.
