Les Miles has been tough after losses
It was in this season, though, that Miles lost two straight games for the first time in his LSU career – 31-13 to Ole Miss and 31-30 to Arkansas. LSU did follow that Arkansas loss with a win over Georgia Tech in the Chick-fil-A Bowl.
All three regular season losses in 2009 — to Florida, to Alabama and to Ole Miss — were followed by wins over Auburn, Louisiana Tech and Arkansas.
