LT. GOVERNOR PHIL BRYANT ISSUES STATEMENT ON HINDS COUNTY COURT RULING REGARDING PERSONHOOD
Upon hearing a Hinds County judge had ruled in favor of placing the Personhood Initiative on the 2011 ballot, the Lt. Gov. issued the following statement:
“This ruling by the court is great news for the protection of innocent human life here in Mississippi. I look forward to joining 1,000’s of other Mississippians in voting for the Personhood Initiative in November 2011.”
