Saban, even more than the Belichick, has come to symbolize the workaholic, film-studying, micro-detail-obsessed football coach. He is exactly that. And by all accounts, that Browns staff has instilled such a work ethic in every man it touched.
Other coaches on that staff: Iowa head coach Kirk Ferentz, Fresno State coach Pat Hill, Kansas City Chiefs General Manager Scott Pioli, Detroit Lions head coach Jim Schwartz, Browns head coach Eric Mangini and former Browns GM Phil Savage. Wow.
