Big Ten may unveil division setup on Wednesday
Nebraska assistant athletic director Jeff Jamrog said in a radio interview Tuesday that he expected the alignment to be revealed on Wednesday. Nebraska will become the conference’s 12th member next year.
The Big Ten Network has scheduled a one-hour special beginning 7 p.m. ET Wednesday, though it did not announce the subject matter.
Big Ten commissioner Jim Delany said Aug. 2 that an announcement would be made in 30 to 45 days. Teddy Greenstein of the Chicago Tribune notes Wednesday would be Day 30 in that timetable.
