LSU coach Les Miles was expecting the offense to bounce back after the defense dominated the Tigers’ first scrimmage.
And that was the case, Miles said, during a 100-plus play scrimmage Thursday in Tiger Stadium.
“It was an offensive day,” Miles said at the end of the scrimmage. “The quarterbacks played well. They hit passes and the receivers did a nice job of catching the ball. We really enjoyed the fact that the offense made improvement.”
