LSU begins 2010 season miles from the top
There are some big question marks, and we’ll address the five biggest ones.
1. Can Jordan Jefferson take the next step in his development?
Jefferson compiled decent numbers during his first season as a starter in 2009. He threw for 2,166 yards, completed 61-percent of his passes, 17 touchdowns, and was picked off 7 times. Those numbers are similar to what Alabama quarterback Greg McElroy put up as he led the Crimson Tide to a national championship. McElroy threw for 2,508 yards, completed 61-percent of his passes, 17 touchdowns, and was picked off four times.
