Barbour to hold press briefing as oil hits Miss. beaches

GOVERNOR BARBOUR CONDUCTS PRESS BRIEFING TODAY ABOUT OIL SPILL STATUS

BILOXI, Mississippi – Governor Haley Barbour, along with authorities of the state Department of Environmental Quality and Department of Marine Resources, will conduct a press briefing about the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and intrusion on the Mississippi shoreline at 4 p.m. today in Biloxi.

The briefing will be held in the first floor foyer inside the main entrance of the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources in the Dr. Eldon Langston Bolton Building, 1141 Bayview Drive, in Biloxi.
