Can Jerry Jones shake up the Big 12?

So just how much power does Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones wield in the world of sports?
We just may find out.
According to a Lawrence Journal-World report, and citing a source familiar with his thinking, Jones would like to see his alma mater Arkansas move to the Big 12, where the Razorbacks would be reunited with former Southwest Conference rivals Texas and Texas A&M.

But that’s not all.

His preferred 12th member of the league?
Notre Dame.
NFL football isn’t the only game played at new Cowboys Stadium.
The power-broking Jones, who played football for the Razorbacks, still has close ties with the school and is increasingly becoming a bigger presence with ventures outside of the NFL because of new Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Tex.
