Osby would be the ninth newcomer on next year’s OU team, and the fifth new forward or center, joining high school signee Tyler Neal, prep school signee Abdi Ahmed and junior college transfers C.J. Washington and Nick Thompson.

Osby averaged 4.3 points and 2.5 rebounds while starting three games for the Bulldogs last season. He declared his intention to transfer at the end of last month.

“It’s just a lot of stuff that was in the way of me being able to showcase what I really can do,” Osby told the Ledger.
