GOVERNOR BARBOUR PARTICIPATES IN PRESS BRIEFING WITH FEDERAL OFFICIALS ABOUT OIL SPILL ON GULF COAST
BILOXI, Mississippi – Governor Haley Barbour will participate in a multi-jurisdictional press conference about the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico at 11 a.m. today at Keesler Air Force Base.
The press conference, at the Weather Training Complex Observation Tower, 700 H St., Bldg. 4332, is scheduled to include U.S. Department of Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, U.S. Commerce Secretary Gary Locke and National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Administrator Jane Lubchenco, among others.
