HATTIESBURG, MS (WDAM) – Lt. Governor Phil Bryant says he’s disappointed in State Representative Ed Blackmon for killing Nathan’s Law in a conference committee.
Bryant was a strong supporter of the bill that aims to strengthen school bus safety laws. The bill was killed last Saturday before lawmakers went on recess. Bryant said the fight for this bill to become law is far from over.
