It happened. President Obama signed the massive government takeover of
health care into law this morning. But we’re not out of options yet.
You may have already heard that 13 states have filed suit against the
federal government challenging the constitutionality of Obamacare.
Unfortunately, the State of Mississippi hasn’t joined them. Why not?
Our Attorney General, Jim Hood — a Democrat — is refusing to work with
Governor Haley Barbour and the vast majority of Mississippians in using
every tool at our disposal to fight the federal government’s over-reach.
