One of the fiercest recruiting battles involving SEC teams is the one raging right now in the state of Mississippi.

Dan Mullen is working on his second recruiting class at Mississippi State and has made it abundantly clear that he plans on making his living within the borders of the Magnolia State.
Remember his biting remarks following Mississippi State’s 41-27 spanking of Ole Miss last season when he boasted, “Maybe to the contrary of what other people are saying in this state, I know one program that’s certainly on the rise, and that’s right here in Starkville.”
