On Friday The Daily Journal reported that there were no details to report about Hal Neilson’s arraignment. YallPolitics has learned from an Oxford reporter that Neilson will be arraigned on Tuesday Jan. 26 at 11 in Oxford. Authorities have not commented publicly about the case and are not expected too.
