For the past two seasons, Jevan Snead was one of the most visible symbols of Ole Miss’ turnaround from 0-8 in the SEC to two-time Cotton Bowl champs. But Snead won’t be around for year three of Houston Nutt’s program-building project.
Instead, the junior quarterback will try his luck in professional football. Snead announced Thursday that he would enter April’s NFL draft.
