Singleton’s quick 6 ability unsettles opponents
MADISON — Tobias Singleton was a little reluctant to move from running back to receiver when he arrived at Madison Central two years ago.
The Jaguars, after all, loved to run the football.
“So I thought I was just going to be out there blocking and not get a chance to show my talent,” said Singleton, a 6-foot-1, 175-pound junior.
Turns out, Singleton had it all wrong.
Madison Central coach Bobby Hall found plenty of ways to use the speedy Singleton the past two seasons.
