So who would be Georgia’s next football coach?
It’s inevitable, isn’t it, that Georgia coach Mark Richt won’t be around much longer?
After all, he got the ominous vote of confidence from AD Damon Evans on Wednesday. Evans told the AJC he “has the utmost confidence in (Richt).”
We come here today to bid farewell to our friend Mark Richt, a championship coach. … but not recently enough.
There, I just wrote the first line in Richt’s eulogy for Evans.
