Sooners QB Bradford Cancels News Conference
Norman, OK — (Sports Network) – Oklahoma starting quarterback Sam Bradford was expected to hold a news conference Wednesday evening to discuss if he was going to have shoulder surgery, but delayed the announcement to gather more information.
Bradford was knocked out of the first game of the season with a sprained shoulder joint and missed 3 1/2 contests before returning for a 16-13 loss to Texas in Saturday. Bradford reinjured the shoulder after being sacked in the first quarter against the Longhorns.
