SEC should get out of the referee business
In the aftermath of two potential game-costing blunders by Southeastern Conference officials in each of the last two weeks, it’s obvious the league’s referees have problems.
But you have to admit, accountability is not one of them.
Not when the SEC office is willing to come out on Monday after the games and tell the world when its crews blow game-changing calls, as it did after the Georgia-LSU game on Oct. 3 and the Florida-Arkansas game of last Saturday.
