Let’s be fair. Rolando McClain did not go LeGarrette Blount on anyone Saturday night.
The Alabama linebacker did not do to an official what the Oregon tailback did to a Boise State player.
McClain didn’t step anywhere near that far over the line.
In fact, McClain crossed the line with a Virginia Tech player more than he did with an official, but more on that later.
