Arkansas Basketball Players Won’t Be Charged in Alleged Fraternity House Rape

Prosecutor John Threet told The Associated Press that details from witnesses and statements from the alleged victim herself showed a lack of evidence.
Threet said the woman had attended a party at the Phi Gamma Delta house the first week of classes at the school and that alcohol was involved.
