Arkansas Basketball Players Won’t Be Charged in Alleged Fraternity House Rape

No charges will be filed over an alleged rape at a fraternity house on the University of Arkansas campus after prosecutors launched an investigation into the conduct of three Razorback basketball players.
Prosecutor John Threet told The Associated Press that details from witnesses and statements from the alleged victim herself showed a lack of evidence.
Threet said the woman had attended a party at the Phi Gamma Delta house the first week of classes at the school and that alcohol was involved.
