On the same day the University of Alabama was joyfully releasing news of what it hopes will become a lifetime contract for coach Nick Saban, a Detroit newspaper was reporting potentially serious NCAA allegations committed by Michigan head coach Rich Rodriguez.
You remember Rodriguez, who for about 24 hours was Alabama’s coach back in December, 2006.
