WAPT – Eaton Hearing Focuses On Ed Peters
A civil case involving Eaton Aerospace over property rights has evolved into a battle over what should be made public regarding it’s hiring of former attorney Ed Peters and what he did on behalf of the company.
On Tuesday, Eaton’s attorneys argued that everything in the case should be sealed until any and all possible investigations are complete.
Yerger said he would decide later if any documents should be sealed.
