Roger Goodell may be the commissioner of the impossibly powerful NFL, but he has a soft heart. You can tell. That has to be why the NFL persuaded the NBA, NHL, NCAA, and MLB to help block sports betting in Delaware. If you missed it, that’s what happened the other day. The leagues won a great victory in federal court and halted sanctioned sports betting in Delaware before it even got going.
