STARKVILLE — Basketball star Renardo Sidney is one step closer to playing for Mississippi State this winter – but the next step might prove to be much bigger than the first.
Sidney was academically certified by the NCAA’s Eligibility Center on Monday, allowing him to enroll at Mississippi State and start attending classes. Fall semester classes began Monday and the school confirmed that Sidney has enrolled.
