OXFORD — As the crowd of freshmen walked across the Indoor Practice Facility to the locker room, coach Houston Nutt took a look at them.
There were 22 in all. But that 6-foot-7, 345-pound guy right in the middle was the one that really grabbed his attention.
“Bobby really helps everything,” said Nutt with a grin. “His size. He looks good.”
Bobby, of course, is Bobby Massie, the gigantic offensive tackle who was the crown jewel of the Ole Miss recruiting class that was signed in February.
