Disgraced former Oxford attorney Richard “Dickie” Scruggs joins the line of likely witnesses to be moved for transfer to testify against Hinds Circuit Judge Bobby DeLaughter.
Bureau of Prisons’ Web site shows Scruggs is being held in the Atlanta detention center, where prisoners go for pre-trial handling.
DeLaughter is set for trial Aug. 17 in Oxford.
