A Jackson man accused of threatening his two nephews with a paddle and dog chain to force them to burglarize homes is now in jail.
Meanwhile, the boys have been placed with the state Department of Human Services, said Capt. Henry Glaze, who oversees the Hinds County Sheriff’s Department’s child protection division.
Vincent Bracey, 39, was booked into the Hinds County Detention Center Thursday, charged with one count of felony house burglary and two counts of causing minors to commit a felony. The second charge carries up to 20 years in prison.
