Ike Brown ousted from Dem. committee
Members of the state Democratic Party executive committee reportedly voted today to oust Ike Brown from the committee.
Their action appears to overturn a vote by some committee members at a recent emergency meeting to have Brown fill a vacancy in the third district. Party chairman Jamie Franks had declared the emergency meeting illegal, while vice chairman Barbara Blackmon said it was legal.
