MAYOR FRANK MELTON TO HOST CAMPAIGN KICK-OFF OPEN HOUSE

JACKSON–The Committee to Re-Elect Mayor Frank Melton will host an Open House on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at the campaign headquarters located at 856 South State Street (old Fowler Buick), in downtown Jackson. The event will
officially kickoff Mayor Frank E. Melton’s re-election campaign and will start at 5:00 pm.

“Four years ago we made a commitment that working together and doing things differently we could build a better Jackson. After an unnecessary political delay, and due to your overwhelming prayers and support, I am physically fit and ready to launch our re-election campaign to continue Jackson’s unprecedented growth and development during this exciting time in our history. I look forward to seeing you all Thursday and sharing in this vision.”

Mayor Melton is inviting all the public to attend. The event is open to the media.
