Scruggs II (or III?) & Grand Jury Open Thread

Recall that the prosecutors at the sentencing of Patterson and Balducci stated that he needed them as witnesses for the grand jury that commences today (and thus their report date is Wednesday), and there was some mention of this grand jury in the Scruggs hearing.

So what do you think is up at this stage? Obviously, it its a Scruggs III it appears he’ll be witness not target.
